Today is the first anniversary of our company. It has been a long journey for me to setup my own business. I started my career as a website designer and ended up as a CEO of a website development company.

While I was working as a website designer in a small company, I was creating websites and hosting the domain was done by my colleague. Mark was doing the testing job. He used Internet Explorer to check how the site is working. One day he was testing a site where we can download drivers, it was giving many errors. I checked the code and everything was fine but when he checked on internet explorer it was giving errors. Then we checked the site on Opera browser and we were able to download files with Opera. After that experience I learnt that while writing code we need to check if code is working fine with all the browsers like internet explorer or Opera

After working for 1 year I was creating my own website and bought a domain name and hosted the domain in our company server. Later 3 of my colleagues came forward to join with him in starting a new company. We named our company as Olive InfoTech and started doing small websites with download features. Later we resigned our jobs and started our new company in a rented building.

After resigning our jobs, we had a tough time paying our bills. We got few offers to develop software and create websites but that was not enough to pay the bills and earn some income. So after working for 5 months my partners decided to quit. However running my own business was my dream so I had to stick to my business. I started going to offices and various departments in the morning time. I worked on the websites in the night time. It was affecting my health but still I wanted to succeed in my business.

After a long struggle I got a big offer to develop software for a departmental store. It was a big project and I appointed 20 employees and we worked for 3 months and completed the project. The site was good and later we did not turn back. We got more and more offers and today I am running my business in my own building.
